Dominik Schmidt joined our team as an attorney in 2013.

His work focuses on the areas of copyright and media law, intellectual property and also IT and data protection law.

He advises clients in all industries especially in the area of social media law, including in the implementation and realization of digital advertising and software applications (apps) as well as in legal questions around apps. He also represents clients in copyright and media law as well as advertising and competition law issues in the online world.

Dominik Schmidt studied law with a focus on communications law at the University of Rostock. During his professional educational training he worked in law offices in Bremen and Hamburg as well as in an international advertising agency.
